At Azonto, your satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in offering premium quality products and a smooth shopping experience.
Easy Returns
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
Email us at azonto.in@gmail.com with your order ID, photos or videos of the issue, and a brief description.
Once your request is approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup from your address.
💳 Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Razorpay, UPI, or card).
For Cash on Delivery orders, we’ll issue a refund via bank transfer or UPI after verifying your details.
🔁 Replacements
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, simply let us know in your return request. We’ll dispatch a new product once the original is picked up.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some personal-care or pet-grooming products may not be eligible for return once opened or used. These will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.
