We’re committed to delivering your order quickly and safely.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship all over India, including major Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities.
International shipping is not available at the moment.
2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.
You’ll receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order has been dispatched. Please make sure to check the spam folder too.
3. Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–8 business days

Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: ₹49 for Cash on Delivery Orders

Free Shipping on Pepaid Orders
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Available for most pincodes across India.

Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for your parcel.

Orders not accepted at delivery may result in COD being disabled for future purchases.
6. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can also track your order on our website under “Track My Order.”
7. Order Delays
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date:

We’ll coordinate with our courier partners to resolve it quickly.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

Report it within 48 hours of delivery.

Share photos or unboxing video evidence for quicker resolution.

We’ll issue a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
9. Multiple Shipments
If you ordered multiple items, they may ship separately depending on availability and warehouse location.
You’ll receive separate tracking updates for each.
